Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your product, add it to your cart, then follow the steps to payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is validated.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us promptly after your purchase.

I haven't received the confirmation email, what should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder; it might be there.

Ensure that the email address provided when placing the order is correct.

Wait a few minutes: sending can sometimes take a little time.

If you still can't find the email, contact us with your name and the email address you used when placing the order, so we can check your order and resend the confirmation.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, MAESTRO, PAYPAL, SHOP

Can I pay in installments?

At the moment, installment payments are not available on our site. Orders must therefore be paid in full at the time of purchase.

When will I be charged?

Payment is debited immediately upon order confirmation.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase details.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, an invoice can be provided upon request.

Simply contact us with your order number, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return a product if it doesn't suit you.

To be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Please contact us before any return, indicating your order number, so that we can inform you of the procedure to follow.

What is the return period?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please contact us with your order number. We will then send you instructions on how to return your item.

The product must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging to be accepted.

What should I do if the product is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and attaching a photo of the product in question.

We will do what is necessary to offer you a quick solution.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If an item doesn't suit you, you can return it within the given timeframe, then place a new order for the desired item.

How do I create an account?

Fill in the requested information and confirm your registration.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password on the login page.

You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

How do I change my personal information?

You can modify your personal information by logging into your customer account.

Once logged in, go to your personal space to update your contact details or address.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us via the contact form.

We will proceed with the deletion of your account as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are generally:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days
  • Europe: 3 to 7 working days
  • Overseas (DOM-TOM): 5 to 10 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the period and the chosen carrier.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to mainland France, European countries (including Switzerland and Andorra), and French overseas territories (DOM-TOM).

If your country is not listed in these areas, please do not hesitate to contact us: we will do our best to find a delivery solution.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

This link will allow you to track the delivery of your package directly on the carrier's website.

Do you deliver to a relay point?

Yes, delivery to a relay point is available depending on the carrier and destination.

You will be able to choose the relay point closest to you when you confirm your order.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is sometimes possible to change the delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so that we can check if the modification is still possible.

Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer change the delivery address.
